Some bugs are in gbmp time scheduling argolithm. Fixed.

Wait sometimes and drag and zoom the window.

Especially, the problem is occur at changing some connection to more sllowlly server from fast server. COSMOS makes wrong judgement that the network or server is hunging up.

We solved this probelem by the method that response speed estimation of network is off at warping and excluding the estimation of previous servers.
