Using the new version, Large plot data are available on the GLOBALBASE server. We will provide the plot map of world 150,000 point city and fiture names.

And download service is started on the US SF.NET GLOBALBASE page.

We upload place names data over the Earth.

We release new version of COSMOS and LANDSCAPE.

Please access it from the page of download site. The COSMOS download button that fitted your machine is displayed by the top.

Mac COSMOS BROWSER supports posix thread. It speeded up markedly. The various bugs are fixed. As for the new contents, please from a "warp" menu in the application after downloading. The number of sites such as Tokyo University, international Research Center for Japanese Studies, Toyo University increase steadily, too.

Data Upload of Workshop "Tomoorow's map" is complete.

ver.B.b17.03 of COSMOS GLOBALBASE BROWSER and LANDSCAPE SERVER are released.
Some bugs are fixed. Especially the speed of Macintosh version of COSMOS is imploved　by replacing lock mechanism using semaphore to mutex mechanism.
